文件传输管理器 (FTM) 是 MSDN 订户下载文件所用的下载客户端。首次下载时系统将提示您安装 FTM。
您可能需要是“管理用户”才能安装此 ActiveX 控件，具体视公司组策略而定。如果遇到安装问题，可以访问 Microsoft 文件传输管理器站点并使用 MSI 安装程序安装最新版本。
如果你想重新找到FTM，按如下步骤操作：
- Open a command window (Start, Run and type cmd or command depending on version of Windows)
- 打开命令行窗口（“开始”->“运行”->输入“CMD”命令）
- 切换目录到%SystemRoot%Downloaded Program Files
- 输入TransferMgr.exe <回车>
